ODI chases are where I lose the most, so now I wait for the 30-over mark before even considering a position. The odds feel worse but my strike rate says otherwise.

For anyone new to series betting: flat stakes first. Once you can finish a series ahead or flat, then scale. Learned that the hard way.

Pitch reports matter more than rankings in test matches. I've stopped looking at anything except the toss, the surface, and the first hour's bowling. Everything else is noise until the game settles. Also worth keeping a simple staking log. Mine started after I read a few poker india bankroll guides ...

Back again. Something I noticed this month: my worst days always follow late-night live betting. Set myself a hard rule of no in-play after 11pm and the results improved without changing anything else. Discipline beats prediction, honestly. My pre-match routine these days includes a quick scan of Pl...

Another week, another lesson in patience. I've started limiting myself to two bets per series — forces me to actually think about which positions I understand best instead of spraying money across every match.

Back with a quick note: if anyone here follows Zimbabwe cricket seriously, the domestic players breaking through are worth watching before the odds markets adjust. Early value is usually gone within an hour of the lineup announcement.

Checking in again after the weekend. The betting discussion in this thread has been refreshing — most places are just tipster spam. I track my stakes in a spreadsheet and honestly the biggest improvement came from flat staking instead of chasing losses with bigger bets.

Good to have a new home after the old place went quiet - the cricket conversation here already feels livelier than most big boards. I mostly follow the white-ball sides and the betting angles around them, so hopefully there are a few kindred spirits around. Looking forward to the test thread heating...

The test has been a proper throwback - long spells, reverse swing, and batters actually leaving the ball outside off. Zimbabwe's new-ball pair deserves more credit than the scorecard suggests; they created chances even when runs leaked elsewhere. I'd still back Bangladesh's experience to grind out a...

Zimbabwe's middle order has looked brittle all series - once Williams and Raza are back in the hut the tail folds inside an over. Bangladesh's spinners have been smarter with their lengths on these dusty surfaces, landing it on a length outside off and letting the ball do the work. If the hosts want...

Re: ODI series Zim vs Bang

Just wanted to say thanks for this thread — been reading through it and picked up a couple of practical ideas. I keep notes on my sessions and reviewing them weekly has honestly helped more than any strategy article. I usually track prices and odds comparisons on https://pokerid.in/ before placing a...

Lurked for a while, finally posting. This subforum has some of the more grounded discussion I've found — most places just shout tips at each other. Following this one. I usually track prices and odds comparisons on https://pokerid.in/ before placing anything — saves me from taking the first number I...

Re: zimcricketforums.com refugees

Solid points above. I'd add that chasing losses during a live match is the fastest way to blow a session — the odds swing so quickly that a 'value' price five minutes ago is often gone. Setting a fixed stop-loss before the match starts has saved me plenty of times.

Re: zimcricketforums.com refugees

For highlights, the ZCF YouTube uploads usually appear the evening after the day's play - search zimcricketforums highlights. If anyone finds a mirror for day one, post it here please. Blessing Muzarabani's rhythm really has been the difference; when he holds one end up, the rest of the attack gets ...
